  • Provide ongoing insights to executive leadership regarding valuation drivers and investor expectations.
  • Track and schedule investor interactions and provide insights into future interactions.

External Communications

  • Own and ensure consistency of messaging across all external channels, including press releases, investor materials, and corporate content.
  • Translate complex clinical, regulatory, and scientific developments into clear, accessible, and compelling narratives.

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or related) preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate communications within biotech or life sciences.
    • Direct experience in autologous cell therapy required, with a strong appreciation for the development, manufacturing, and commercialization complexities.
    • Experience supporting companies through late-stage clinical development, BLA/NDA submission, or commercialization preferred.
    • Strong understanding of biotech capital markets, investor expectations, and value drivers.
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling messaging.
    • Experience engaging with institutional investors, analysts, and executive leadership.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.

Our name – Cabaletta – is derived from the operatic term that represents a rapid, repetitive, and technically challenging section of an operatic aria, where the second act is designed to showcase the skills of the lead singer. Analogously, Cabaletta Bio strives to achieve rapid and repetitive product development, building on our indication prioritization and biologic platform that targets the driver of specific autoimmune diseases without the need for long-term immunosuppression.
